It’s time to unleash your leadership potential

It’s a well-known fact that women in marketing bring valuable skills to the table, yet they continue to struggle to access the leadership level. Women make up more than half of the marketing workforce, but according to a 2019 study by Korn Ferry, only 36% of CMOs in the top 1,000 firms were female.

Adding to this, the Covid-19 crisis has disrupted life in ways we’ve never seen before. Working women — particularly mothers, senior-level women, and women of color — are especially at risk. According to a recent McKinsey study, one in four women are considering downshifting their careers or leaving the workforce due to Covid-19.

The stakes are high, and the threat is real. That’s why on March 31, Simon Data is hosting a private virtual summit for women marketing executives at consumer-facing brands. Join us for an exclusive event where we’ll connect, learn, and exchange ideas around leadership, marketing, and how to empower more women to unleash their potential as transformational leaders.

Why attend?

Organized by and for B2C experts, the Women in Marketing Leadership Summit enables you to dive deep into your most pressing challenges, make meaningful connections with other women in marketing, discuss industry issues, and access insights and advice to help you grow your career.

Learn. Chat directly with industry leaders, consultants, and strategists in a private, judgement-free environment.

Engage. Participate in candid conversations with other women around strategies, tactics, and the challenges you face, professionally and personally.

Connect. Take a break from Zoom, turn off Slack, and enjoy the opportunity to converse and collaborate in an intimate setting.
